At E-VapeHub, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only and want to ensure a smooth return process if you’re not satisfied. You can request a return or refund within 7 days under the following conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (COD Orders Only)

✅ Accepted Conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong or defective item received (proof required).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • E-liquids (hygiene reasons).
  • Opened/disposable vapes.
  • Used or tampered products (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact Us Within 7 Days:

    • Provide: Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return.
  2. Approval & Return Process:
    • If eligible, we’ll verify and provide return instructions.
    • No refund will be processed until we receive and inspect the product.
    • Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility (unless it’s our mistake).

3. Refund Process (COD Orders Only)

  • Since payment was made in cash, refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer (Provide bank details)
    • EasyPaisa/JazzCash (If preferred)
  • Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after return approval.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

  • Report within 48 hours with clear photos/video proof.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

  • Call/WhatsApp us immediately if you wish to cancel before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you’ll need to follow the return process.
